BHS is engaged in the printing of high-quality magazines, school textbooks, general publications, directories, company annual reports as well as brochures and pamphlets. At BHS, only premium paper imported directly from Europe and Japan are used to ensure the competitive prices and good value for money.
Our Company
We specialise in printing magazines, books, brochures, packaging items and customized services.
BHS was founded in 1982. At the time, it specialised in the printing of magazines and books. In 2007, BHS Industries Berhad became the first magazine and book printing company to be public-listed in the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.
Today, BHS is an award-winning printer and one of the leading printing companies in Malaysia. We achieved two National Productivity Awards – 2005 and 2006/7 and also two Asian Print Awards – Bronze award for Web-Offset (coated stock) printing in 2006 and Gold award for Sheet-Fed Magazine printing in 2008.
We have in-house DTP and CTP facilities, both sheet and web-offset presses and in-house binding facilities. We also use only premium paper which we import directly from Europe and Japan. This ensures that our prices are competitive and our customers get good value for money.
To deliver the performance in terms of quality and delivery speed, we continuosly invest in upgrading our facilities. BHS installed the latest Heidelberg Speedmaster 8-colour perfector equipped with Heidelberg’s closed-loop colour management system for compliance with ISO 12647.
At BHS, we have experience and performance track record in delivering very large volume orders from overseas as well as meeting local demands from established magazine publishers in delivering over 30 magazine titles every month.

The wide range of presses in various sizes and colours (2-colour, 4-colour and 5-colour) also provide us with flexibility and reliability in an increasingly competitive printing and publishing market. We have two automatic Saddle Stitchers, auto and semi auto thread sewing machines, folding machines, two cutters and a UV Varnishing machine for book covers.
